The Trumpet

The trumpet is a musical instrument.  It is the highest member of the brass family.

Trumpets are among the oldest musical instruments, dating back to at least 1500 BC.

Trumpets are constructed of brass tubing.

The trumpet has three valves played with the right hand.

Trumpets are played by blowing air through closed lips, producing a "buzzing" sound.
